How do I submit volunteer hours for activities not registered through giving.sg and have them recorded in my personal giving.sg account?

If you volunteered outside of giving.sg, you can submit your volunteer hours through giving.sg if you meet both of the following conditions:

• You have an individual giver account.
• You are a member of an organisation on giving.sg that gives you the access to its private campaigns and volunteer opportunities. To check your membership status, go to Settings > Membership.

How to submit your volunteer hours

1. Go to My Activities.
2. Select Volunteer.
3. Click Submit Volunteer Hours.

If you are not a member of an organisation

If you are not listed as member of any organisation on giving.sg, you are not able to submit the volunteer hours (outside giving.sg) through your giver individual account. Please contact the charity or volunteer manager directly to obtain certification or confirmation of your volunteer participation.
