I donated using only my name and email address, without providing my NRIC/FIN/UEN. The donation is not visible in my giving.sg account. How can I have the donation reflected for tax relief purposes?

You may have made the donation as guest (donation without logging into giving.sg account). 
 
Kindly note that guest donations do not offer the option to opt in for tax-deductible rebates, and guest donation will not be reflected in their existing account on giving.sg.  
 
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to link the guest donation to your giving.sg account, as the platform operates in real time. Donors are encouraged to log in their Singpass/individual/Corporate account to make donations to enjoy tax deduction and be able to track the donation history in their account.
