How do I amend my recurring donation?

Currently, there is no option to amend the recurring donation amount.

You may need to cancel the recurring subscription and re-setup the recurring donation with the updated donation amount.

How to cancel monthly subscription:

1.            Login to Giving.sg > Click your profile picture (top right) > Click ‘My Activities’

2.            Go to ‘Donate’ - Ongoing

3.            Click on ⋮ and Select ‘Cancel recurrence’

Next, go to charity main profile page on giving.sg.
 

Choose the amount or enter your preferred donation amount, click “Donate now”

Check “Make this a recurring donation”

Do ensure that the end date is within 20 years, if it exceeds the 20 years, the payment will not go through.
