How long does giving.sg retain student and giver data?

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our business or legal purposes.

You may request the deletion of your Personal Data by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO). However, we may not be able to delete your Personal Data where we are required to retain it for business or legal purposes. In such circumstances, you may still withdraw your consent to the further use or disclosure of your Personal Data, where applicable.

Please note that withdrawing your consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data may affect our ability to continue providing our services or fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Depending on the nature of your request, this may also result in the termination of any agreements or arrangements you have with us.
