Why isn’t the charity profile visible or searchable on giving.sg?

The charity’s public profile is likely incomplete. 

Please reach out to your NPO admin to complete the required profile sections.

• Go to Settings
• Complete all required profile sections (Details, About, Media gallery, Contact, Causes and target groups and Campaign)
• Click Save
