What are the different account roles and permissions on giving.sg?

Role Overview

• Admin – Has full access to manage the organisation's profile, employees, campaigns, volunteer opportunities, reports, and API settings.
• Campaign Manager – Can create and manage donation campaigns only.
• Volunteer Manager – Can create and manage volunteer opportunities, review volunteer applications, and access volunteer reports.
• Developer – Can view API credentials and request API access for system integrations.

Note: Only Admin users can manage employee access and update the organisation's profile. If you require additional access, please contact your organisation's Admin to update your role.
