Follow these steps to create an Event Campaign:
Step 1: Create a new campaign
- Log in to your NPO account.
- Click Campaigns from the top navigation menu.
- Click Create Campaign.
- Select Event.
Step 2: Complete the campaign details
Provide the required campaign information, including:
- Campaign name
- Event type
- Fundraising goal
- Campaign description
- Campaign image
- YouTube video (optional)
Step 3: Select the campaign causes
Tag your campaign with the relevant causes to help donors discover your campaign more easily.
Step 4: Create event products (Optional)
If your event requires registrations or ticket sales:
- Navigate to the Products section.
- Click Create Product.
- Enter the product details, such as:
- Product name
- Description
- Price
- Quantity available
Note: If you need to collect additional information from participants, you can link a registration form to the product. The form must be created before it can be linked.
Step 5: Create a registration form (Optional)
To collect participant information:
- Navigate to the Forms section.
- Click Create Form.
- Enter a form name.
- Add the required fields.
Available form components include:
- Text Field
- Dropdown
- Radio Group
- Multi-Select
- Contact Number
- Dynamic Section
Tip: Dynamic Sections allow a single registration form to collect information for multiple participants, reducing the need for separate submissions.
Important: Once a form has been activated, it cannot be edited or deleted. Please review the form carefully before publishing your Event Campaign.
Step 6: Configure the campaign settings
Navigate to the Settings section and complete the required campaign settings, such as:
- Donation settings
- Event period
- Event location
- Other campaign preferences
Step 7: Preview and publish
- Click Preview to review your campaign.
- Confirm the campaign URL.
- Click Publish.
- Click Confirm to publish your Event Campaign.
Once published, your campaign will appear with an Active status and will automatically go live on the scheduled event start date.
