How do I upload images and videos to my charity profile?

You can customise your charity profile by uploading images to the Media Gallery and embedding YouTube videos.

Who can update the Media Gallery?

Only employees assigned the Admin role can edit the organisation profile, including the Media Gallery section.

Tip: Upload clear, high-quality images and relevant videos to showcase your organisation's mission, programmes, and impact. This helps donors, volunteers, and supporters better understand your organisation.

To upload images:

1. Log in to your NPO account.
2. Click your Avatar at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Select Settings.
4. Navigate to the Media Gallery section.
5. Click Select file to upload image.
6. Choose the image you wish to upload from your device.
7. Once uploaded, the image will appear in your Media Gallery.

Note: You can rearrange the display order of your uploaded images by dragging and dropping them into your preferred sequence.

To add a YouTube video:

1. Open the YouTube video you would like to display.
2. Click Share and select Embed.
3. Copy the YouTube embed code provided.
4. Return to the Media Gallery section in your profile.
5. Paste the embed code into the YouTube field.
6. Press Enter to save it.

Your YouTube video will then be displayed on your profile.
