Can I change the display name of our fundraising campaign when it has gone Live?

As a general practice, giving.sg does not amend the display name of a fundraising campaign once it has gone live. This is because changes may affect marketing materials, social media posts, and other communications that have already been shared with donors and the public.

If you would like to request a change to your campaign's display name, please contact us at hello@giving.sg. Our team will review your request and assist where possible.

Please note that changing your campaign's display name will not change the campaign URL. Any existing campaign links that have already been shared will continue to work.
