We would like to organise volunteering as part of our CSR initiative. How can we get started? Do we need to create an account if this is a one-time or recurring activity?

If your organisation would like to organise a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) volunteering activity through giving.sg, you will need to register for an Organisation account.

An Organisation account is required regardless of whether the volunteering activity is a one-time or recurring initiative. Once your account has been approved, you can collaborate with registered Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) to create and manage volunteer opportunities.

If you are planning a one-off volunteering activity and do not wish to create an Organisation account, you may wish to contact the charity directly to make alternative arrangements outside of giving.sg.
