I forgot our password. How do I reset my organisation account password?

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you do not receive the password reset email, please:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Ensure you entered the correct email address associated with your giving.sg account.
• Wait a few minutes before requesting another password reset email.
