How do tax-deductible donations work for IPC charities?

If your charity has Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status, eligible donations made through giving.sg may qualify donors for tax deductions in accordance with Singapore's tax regulations.

Before launching a tax-deductible fundraising campaign, please ensure that:

• Your charity has a valid IPC status.
• Your campaign is configured as tax-deductible, where applicable.
• Eligible donor information is collected and processed in accordance with the relevant tax deduction requirements.
• Donors provide the required identification details to qualify for tax deductions, where applicable.

If your charity does not have IPC status, you can still receive donations through giving.sg. However, these donations are generally not eligible for tax deductions.
