How do I view or download donation reports?

If you are assigned the NPO Administrator or Finance Manager role, you can export your charity's donation reports from giving.sg.

To export a donation report:

1. Log in to your giving.sg account.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Select the required report and export it.

Only users with the NPO Administrator or Finance Manager role have permission to access and export donation reports.
