As a general practice, a campaign's display name cannot be changed once the campaign has gone live. This is to avoid inconsistencies with marketing materials, social media posts, and other communications that may have already been shared with donors and the public.
If you would like to request a change to your campaign's display name, please email hello@giving.sg. Our team will review your request and assist where possible.
Please note that changing the campaign's display name will not update the campaign URL. Any existing campaign links that have already been shared will continue to work as intended.
