What are the requirements for charities using giving.sg?

To use giving.sg as a registered charity, your organisation must:

• Be eligible to onboard as a registered charity on the platform.
• Comply with giving.sg's Terms of Use, fundraising guidelines, and all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
• Keep your organisation, contact, and banking information accurate and up to date.
• Use the platform only for approved charitable and fundraising activities permitted by giving.sg.
• Notify giving.sg promptly of any changes to your charity's registration or Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status.

If your charity has IPC status, you are also responsible for complying with the applicable requirements for tax-deductible donations, including issuing tax-deductible receipts (where required) and meeting the relevant reporting obligations.
