What happens if my campaign continues beyond 31 December 2026?

Your campaign may continue beyond 31 December 2026, subject to the campaign's approved duration.

However, the transaction fee support only applies to qualifying donations received within the initiative period, ending on 31 December 2026, or until your organisation reaches 5,000 qualifying transactions, whichever comes first.

The standard giving.sg platform fee of 1.8% and the associated GST will apply to donations received after 31 December 2026. These fees will not be refunded under the Impact, IRL micro-giving initiative.
