Will my organisation receive a statement or credit note for the refund?

Yes. Your organisation will receive the following:

With each refund: A reconciliation statement showing the qualifying donations covered, the platform fee and GST refunded, and your cumulative count towards the 5,000-transaction limit.

Monthly: A credit note stating the total amount refunded to your organisation during that month.

These documents will help your organisation reconcile the fee deductions and refunds.
