giving.sg is committed to maintaining a safe and trusted platform for charitable giving. As the platform operator, NVPC follows the Charity Portal's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Guidelines and has measures in place to help detect and prevent suspicious activities.

These measures include donation limits, transaction monitoring, and other internal controls. To protect the integrity of our security processes, we are unable to disclose the specific details of these controls.

As the operator of giving.sg, NVPC facilitates donations through the platform. Charities, as the recipients of donations, remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks where required. Charities should not rely solely on the platform's controls to meet their regulatory obligations.

Where appropriate, NVPC will work with the relevant charities to review transactions in accordance with our AML policies and procedures.
